FilmFlow’s and AGF Producciones top Management Team recognizes the importance of
appropriately protecting the information that is generated, processed and stored during the
operation, against any threats that may violate the security of the information.

In this way and in order to preserve the confidentiality, integrity and availability of the
information, guarantee the continuous improvement of the Information Security
Management System (ISMS), ensure the execution of the information security objectives
and to fulfill the legal, contractual and business requirements in force. It establishes the
guidelines for the protection of information assets, management and administration of
information security risks, protection of personal data and security culture.

In addition, it defines the responsibilities to be adopted by all direct and temporary
employees, contractors and suppliers who use confidential information in the performance of
their duties.

Finally, to achieve an accurate identification of the controls that reasonably mitigate the
risks, it determines the Specific Policies on which the ISMS is based and structured. Such
policies are expressions of senior management team for identifying, presenting, assessing
and managing Information Security and Cybersecurity risks.
